Self-Service Order Cancellation
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can submit a cancellation request on your own.
Log In
Enter your order number and email address to find your order.
Check Order Status
Confirm that your order has not been shipped.
Submit Request
Select the order and submit a cancellation request.
Receive Email
You will receive a cancellation confirmation email.
Cancellation Confirmed
Our team will confirm whether your order can be canceled.
Refund Processed
Once approved, the refund will be returned within 3–5 business days.
Self-Service Return Process
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the last package in your order.

Enter your order number and email address to find your order.
Select Item(s)
Select the item(s) you wish to return and submit your return request.
Receive Instructions
You will receive return instructions via email within 48 hours.
Pack & Ship
Include your order number, full name and email inside the package.
Upload Tracking
Upload your return tracking number after shipping the package back.
Inspection
Once received, we will inspect the item(s) to confirm eligibility.
Refund Processed
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Important Timeframes
- Unshipped orders may be canceled before shipment.
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.
- Returned packages should be shipped back within 7 days after approval.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Items must be free of perfume, tobacco odor, and pet hair.
- Original tags and packaging must be included.
Shipping Cost
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
