General Terms

For all situations, including when the outfits do not fit, YYKCLOT will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise with all original internal garment tags attached within 30 days of the delivery of your items.

-Shoes must have been tried only on a soft, clean surface.
-Custom shoes are non-returnable.
-All return shipping and associated fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please do not return the package to the address on the waybill, that is not the return address. Otherwise, no refund will be issued!


Once we receive your returned items and determine that they are in returnable condition (new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original internal garment tags), we will begin the refund or exchange process.
For products with quality problems, you do not have to send them back and we will take a full refund/partial refund, but please make sure you contact us at support@yykclot.com, and we will provide you with a satisfactory solution to minimize your loss.

Order Cancellation

Generally, cancellation is possible within 1-3 days after the order is placed (depending on our shipping speed), if your parcel has already been shipped and cannot be intercepted, we will not be able to initiate the cancellation process for you, and we recommend that you contact our after-sales service to follow up on the return procedure once you have received your product.

Refunds

Refunds are usually returned within 7 days via the original method of payment (requests for refunds to other credit cards/accounts for any reason will not be accepted), or even within 24 hours if you paid via PayPal.


Exchanges

Each product can be exchanged once. If you want to change to a more expensive product, you will need to pay the difference in price. If the replacement is cheaper than the original, we will refund you the difference (in case of quality problems with the shoes). If the exchange is not due to our fault (quality problem, color difference, or wrong shipment), we will not refund the postage.
